  1. What is the standard delivery time?

    Deliveries are done in our own vans, by our own staff. We typically deliver within 2 days of order being placed. However, if you live in a remote location delivery may take longer, up-to maximum of 7 days.

    Once your order is placed, our office will call you to confirm exact delivery date and time. On the day of delivery our delivery driver will call you 1 hour prior to delivery and confirm he is on route.

    Unfortunately, we do not offer an installation service. We recommend booking a professional to install purchased goods.

  5. My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
    If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours using the Contact Us form, or by emailing info@chelseasupplies.com and somebody will look into it and contact you as soon as possible. We aim to resolve these issues within 48 hours.

  7. What is your returns policy?

    If your goods are unwanted but still in a re-sellable condition i.e., unused and original undamaged packaging, you have 14 days from placing your order to request a return. You will need to call our office to arrange the return. We will issue a full refund excluding the delivery and collection charge.

  1. I've received my monthly statement and a payment is due, but I've not yet received my goods.
    It is best for you not to pay any money towards your statement until you have received and are happy with your goods, if you have paid, make sure you contact Klarna’s customer service team, who will resolve the issue for yourself. If your item has not arrived by the payment due date, then we can postpone payment until after your item has arrived.

  2. I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
    You are able to receive your refund into your Klarna account, if you happen to be in credit, then you can use the funds on future products, or call Klarna’s customer service team, to have the funds sent back into your bank account.

  3. I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
    Once your cancellation has been processed by the place you purchased your items from, then Klarna will issue a refund immediately, which will take up to 5 business days to be credited back.

    If you have not received any correspondence in regard to your monthly payment schedule, then please call or message the Klarna customer service team via live chat or phone call, to get the problem resolved.

  6. What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
    When applying to Klarna. To complete your order, you will have to give them your mobile number, and email address, with your full name, d.o.b. and billing address. If you do not input your details correctly, you may not be offered finance, or your monthly payment statements will be sent to an incorrect email address.

  7. How is my statement sent?
    If you have decided to choose finance by Klarna, and have been accepted, then you will be sent a monthly email, which will give you all the relevant instructions, so you are able to make your payments, once you are into your account, all you will have to do is click on make a payment, and simply enter the amount you wish to pay.

  8. How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Financing?
    Klarna are able to deliver a pay later system based on a few factors like order value, item availability and order history. If you are over the age of 18, you will be able to ensure you have a better chance of acceptance, if you provide Klarna with your personal details, including address, you may have a better chance of being accepted for credit through Klarna. Each order is judged separately, so if you are rejected for one proposal, you be accepting for another.
